  DESCRIPTION  
  An Act to provide for judicial review of certain contracts and to grant relief in respect of harsh, oppressive, unconscionable or unjust contracts. The Act does not provide for relief to be granted in favour of the Crown, a public or local authority, a corporation, or a person who entered the contract for the purpose of a trade, business or profession (except certain farming undertakings).
